The T-MAP Insight System is a new generation of psychological assessment, made accessible to the business community and individuals through over a decade of Trove’s exhaustive research and advanced reporting tools. The base test and original algorithms were first developed 60 years ago by Harrison G. Gough & Alfred B. Heilbrun, Jr. Since then, almost 100 more algorithms were developed using the same, simple 10 minute test. These algorithms allow us to not only measure personality, like many tests do, but also Leadership and Professional Behavior, Emotional Intelligence (EQ), Psychological Needs, Teamwork, perceptions of self and how others perceive you.
In March 2012, we released a new cloud-based engine hosted by Microsoft Azure. This enables us to provide unprecedented reliability and scalability to our customers.
