Communicating for Clarity & Impact

This speech is a condensed version of the workshop by the same title. The speech uses real-time examples of communication issues and video clips to exemplify certain concepts. One activity gives the participants a chance to practice verbal and non-verbal skills introduced in the speech. The speech takes the participants along a path that helps the sender and the receiver understand purpose, data needed VS data available, framing issues and how human behavior affects the entire communication process. Some humorous scenarios are illustrated with stories and video.
