The Air Command and Staff College at Maxwell Air Force Base had developed a course curriculum for Leadership, Command and Communication Studies, and wanted to see students and faculty members engage in developing their leadership potential. Trove was hired to provide leadership competency assessments and train faculty to administer the program.
Trove’s training enabled faculty to interpret survey results for the students and allowed them to continue to coach the students, aiding their self-development as they work their way through the rigorous leadership program coursework.
