Landmark Communications, Inc., had created a Senior Leader Development Course, an 18-month development process designed to propel forward the growth of Landmark’s highest potential individuals – the next generation of senior leaders. Trove was brought in to provide an up-front assessment for the individuals in the program.
Trove also provided training for the Landmark Training & Development staff, so that they could work on their own efficiently. “We were well prepared to provide the feedback and answer individual questions as a result of the training we received,” said Debbie Gentry, Corporate Director of Training & Development for Landmark. “I am confident moving forward that I’m prepared to continue to work with participants assisting them in gaining a deeper level knowledge of their results and using that data for improvement.” The results helped the participants become clearer about their leadership development needs and shaped individual development plans.
