Cox Enterprises brought Ron Young, PhD, on board to join an existing team of coaches. Cox has an established program in place to develop future leaders, which includes a nine-month coaching cycle for key leaders in the organization who have a strong future in the company.
Trove worked within Cox’s leadership program to deliver assessments, put together development plans and provide executive coaching. “Ron stepped into a system he is not familiar with, and delivered top-drawer results,” said French.

One individual Ron worked with had transitioned from pastoral work to the corporate environment. Ron helped this sales executive harness strengths he had developed through 20 years in ministry and parlay them into a style that has helped him flourish in a business environment. Another individual Ron worked with had long-standing tenure in the company and needed to evolve from “go-to” problem solver to a leader who delegates, empowers and helps others become the “answer” people. Through coaching, Ron helped her use the assets that had brought her success to transition into a leader with higher levels of responsibility and influence.
